Designed for those who love pasta and also rice. Rice flour is a digestible product, particular in taste and delicate on the palate.

Nuvola Rice Flour is obtained from the stone grinding of whole grains of rice Thai Italian Fragrance. The processing never exceeds 35 °, keeping it unchanged the characteristics of the product and its typical scent. Ideal for the preparation of batters and breading, but also in the mixture of dishes, desserts, biscuits, bread and pizza.

Egg tagliatelle with rice flour by Riso Nuvola, are an interesting and recent gastronomic proposal that enhances the most delicious sauces, but which also has an own personality, in fact can also be appreciated even with the addition of a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil or with butter and a little of grated Grana Padano.
