Riso Nuvola was born in Castel D'Ario, home of the renowned “Pilot Rice”, themain dish of Mantua cuisine and also famous for the sporting career of the Great champion Tazio Nuvolari, driver of the thirty years from 1920 to 1950 also known as "Flying Mantuan" or with the nickname "Nuvola", officially one of the greatest drivers in the history of world motorsport. That's why, Riso Nuvola produces rice par excellence of the Mantuan tradition.
